Focus

In our life,
we undertake
many projects.

To complete these tasks,
we need to apply ourselves
consistently and frequently.

In making this commitment,
we can exert enormous effort,
sometimes,
resulting in burnout.

What is important
to remember,
is that burnout,
is a safety valve.
