Appreciation

We move in circles
around the globe
diverse in cultures
and ideas.

At each point,
we experience
wide and varied situations.

Some of which
are not to our likely,
others
we want to last forever.

It is so easy to be distracted
by the bad and miss the good.
Out of every experience
there is something worthwhile.

Even
the most harrowing experiences
bring opportunities
not entirely obvious
at the time.
