A setback

Worrying is wasted effort,
it gets you nowhere,
it achieves even less,
and you end up worse
than when you started.

Why not focus on
the situation at hand,
and look for alternatives.

If you are stuck for ideas,
ask your friends
for their input.

It is only
misplaced pride
that hinders
our progress.

We set our goals,
they are realistic,
we put in the effort,
we see the results.
