Courage

I believe that courage
is a highly under-valued word.
We do not use it enough
in appreciating ourselves.

Everyday,
each one of us,
displays various forms
of courage.

For some,
getting out of bed
in the morning
is a courageous act.

Courage is
stepping outside
your comfort zone.

Courage is
believing in yourself
when others don't.
