Past actions In our everyday lifewe encounter problems and make mistakes. Usually our immediate response to making a mistake is to criticize ourselves, or call ourselves an idiot or something similar. We may make this gesture as a way of remembering what we did wrong and hope that it does not occur again. Yet, in reality what is actually happening is that we are negatively reacting to a situation and learning nothing.
