It's all too hard

Life presents us
with a variety of situations.
Some being
more challenging than others.

Each situation is influenced
by how we are feeling at the time.
Our understanding can be
blurred by these feelings.

If you approach a situation
as a problem,
it will be a problem.

If you look at it
as an opportunity,
your whole approach changes.
