Both books are now available in strictly limited copies.
Especially the pocket version, where only 20 copies were initially
printed, of which 10 have already been taken. The effect of printing the pocket version in a different location (Australia [pocket version] versus Dubai [original version] ), and the time lag between the different versions (2010 versus 2003), has resulted in substantially increased printing costs, such that both books are being offered at the same price. For Australian residents, the cost is $20.00 per book. For non-Australian residents, the cost is $25.00 per book. Both prices include signed copies, return postage and packaging. The increased cost for non-Australian residents is purely to cover increased postage costs (up to three times as much as sending a book within Australia) A discount may be available on these prices for multiple orders, depending on postage costs.
